At the initial consultation we engage with you, the customer to understand specific requirements, objectives, and constraints for the drone mission. We conduct a thorough needs assessment to gather all necessary information about the project.


Step 2: Service and Mission Planning


We use state-of-the-art mission planning software to design our drone missions. We plan the most efficient flight paths to cover the target area while minimizing time and resource usage.


We perform risk assessment to identify potential risks and obstacles (e.g., no-fly zones, weather conditions) to ensure safety and compliance.


We perform resource allocation and determine the necessary resources, including drone types, equipment, and personnel needed for the mission.


We share the mission plan with our customer for review and feedback. We make adjustments based on customer input to ensure the plan meets their expectations and requirements.


Step 3: Scheduling


In the scheduling phase, we start by implementing a robust scheduling system designed to manage the availability of drone pilots, equipment, and other resources. This system is capable of handling multiple missions simultaneously while providing real-time updates on resource status. Resource coordination is crucial, involving close collaboration with drone pilots and other team members to confirm their availability and readiness for missions. Additionally, we schedule maintenance checks for drones and equipment to ensure they remain in optimal condition.


Customer communication is a key aspect of the process, where we provide detailed schedules that include mission start times, estimated durations, and key milestones. Throughout the scheduling process, we maintain open lines of communication to address any concerns or changes. Real-time updates are provided via the scheduling system, keeping customers informed about mission status, including any delays or adjustments to the timeline. This comprehensive approach ensures a seamless and efficient scheduling process, fostering trust and reliability with our customers.


Step 4: Service Delivery and Reporting


In the service execution phase, we begin with a comprehensive pre-mission checklist to ensure the functionality of drones, adequate battery life, and adherence to safety protocols. This initial step is crucial for the success and safety of the mission. Once everything is verified, we proceed to execute the planned mission with precision, strictly following safety standards to mitigate any risks. During the mission, we diligently collect data according to the service requirements, whether it be aerial imagery, surveys, or other types of data.


For data processing and delivery, we employ specialized software to process the collected data, generating detailed reports and conducting thorough analyses to extract valuable insights. The processed data is then securely delivered to customers through online portals or directly into their systems, ensuring easy and secure access.


In terms of performance monitoring and reporting, we monitor drone performance and mission progress in real-time using telemetry and tracking systems. This real-time monitoring allows us to make any necessary adjustments promptly and ensure mission success. 


After the mission is completed, we generate comprehensive reports detailing mission outcomes, drone performance, and any incidents that occurred. These reports provide valuable feedback for continuous improvement and help maintain high service standards.
